Chaos in, systems out.

I fix broken operations for small businesses and startups: the systems, the software, and the follow-through.

For over a decade I have specialized in walking into broken, chaotic, or nonexistent operations and building the systems that fix them. These days that means websites, apps, custom software, and the marketing to launch them.

What I build

The thing you hire me to make.

Four ways I turn a mess or a blank page into something that ships and pays for itself. Every example below is live or shipped, built solo.

01

Websites

A site that books clients and runs itself, like the three live in the ticker above. Design, build, copy, and the contact flow wired straight to your inbox.

See them live
02

Apps & custom software

Full platforms built solo, from spec to production. Setout, TakimPronë, and Albania Rescue all run on software I designed, wrote, and shipped by myself.

03

Marketing & brand

Campaigns, email, print, and brand systems that pull their weight, real estate included. My last school gala raised $52,300 on almost no budget, 4.6% over goal.

Operations systems

The workflows, CRMs, and automations underneath it all, so the business runs without you holding it together by hand. The full menu of fixes is below.

The short version

I bridge strategic management and hands-on technical execution: proprietary software, mapped workflows, and AI that removes manual bottlenecks. These days I ship full-stack platforms solo, from product spec to production.

Trained as a hypnotherapist, licensed in real estate, shipping software solo: the range is the point, because your problem never lives in just one department.

More work

The brief

Fill 100 seats and raise $50,000 for Eddy Middle School's inaugural celestial-themed gala, with almost no marketing budget and a volunteer team.

The campaign

An 8-week multi-channel push built around a segmented email drip (parents, alumni, sponsors), a student-spotlight social series, a dedicated event site with ticketing and donations, printed invitations, and early, personalized sponsor outreach that gave decision-makers time to commit.

The results

98 of 100 tickets sold, six corporate sponsorships against a target of five, and $52,300 raised, 4.6% over goal. A segmented email drip drove the majority of sales, at a 32% open rate.

The idea

High-functioning professionals get stuck between expensive therapy and surface-level self-help. DEPROGRAM™ targets that missing middle: neuroscience-informed tools for recognizing and shifting subconscious patterns, positioned to complement professional mental healthcare rather than replace it.

The build

A two-phase ecosystem: a premium book followed by an AI-guided web application that walks users through structured behavioral workflows. Grounded in my years of practice as a certified hypnotherapist and the AHHAH Method™ framework that practice produced.

The partnership

Developed with BuildUp Labs, a startup incubator in Portugal, providing mentor network access and a proven framework for international founders.

Tell me what's broken

Describe the mess in two sentences. I'll reply with whether I can fix it, how, and what it costs. Usually within a day.

How I work with clients

Start with one fixed-scope fix.

Most clients start with one fixed-scope fix. It is done in days or weeks, you see the result, and if you want more, we keep going. No minimums, no long contracts.

  • Websites. WordPress, Wix, Next.js, or fully custom, always with a backend you can update yourself.
  • Apps and custom software. Solo, spec to production.
  • CRM and systems setup.
  • AI automation. Assistants and prompt workflows for your team, admin automation, and AI intake on your site.
  • Private local AI. On-site setup for businesses that keep their data in-house.
  • Booking and payment setup.
  • Email systems.
  • Campaigns and email marketing.
  • Logo and brand identity.
  • Rebranding. A refresh for businesses whose materials haven't kept up.
  • Copywriting and collateral.
  • Real estate marketing. Backed by a real estate license and MLS platform experience.
  • Event production, end to end. Vendors, budget, timeline, day-of.
  • Fundraising campaigns. My last school gala raised $52,300, 4.6% over goal.
  • Operations audit. A short engagement that finds what's broken, missing, and worth fixing first.
  • Process documentation. The playbook your team can follow when the person who "just knows" isn't there.
  • Inbox and workflow rescue. Rebuild how work flows, so hours stop leaking into admin.
  • Vendor and supply chain sourcing.
  • Ongoing ops support. A set number of hours each month: admin, CRM, and follow-up handled.
  • Interim operations leadership. Stability and working systems while you find the permanent hire.
  • Project management. Scope, budget, timeline, and vendors, driven to done.
  • Construction and compliance PM. On a $1M+ MassDOT contract I raised inspection pass rates from 65 to 95 percent.
  • Competitive analysis.
  • Business planning.
  • Startup planning.
